New Online Banking FAQ

We will be upgrading our online banking platform on Monday, November 2, 2020. Below are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at 712-336-2455 or email at internetbanking@statebankspiritlake.com

When will the new system be available?
We will transition to the new system on November 2, 2020 at approximately 9:00 a.m.
How do I access the new system?
We will update our homepage with the appropriate links to the new system on November 2nd. If you have our old system's login page bookmarked, please change it to our homepage so you always have the correct URL.
What is my username and password?
Existing users will be receiving a letter in late October with details on how to access the new system. New users can enroll in the new system anytime after November 2nd.
Will my challenge questions and answers stay the same?
No. You will be required to establish new challenge questions and answers upon your first login to the new system.
Will I lose my recurring transfers?
No. Any recurring or future dated transfers you had setup in the old system will be converted into the new system.
What about my Bill Pay accounts and payments?
The Bill Pay system will remain the same along with all your existing payees and scheduled payments. There will a period of time when Bill Pay will not be accessible. Starting Thursday, October 29, 2020 at approximately 11:00 p.m. until Monday, November 2, 2020 you will not be able to access the Bill Pay system. Any scheduled payments will continue to be processed as normal, but you won't be able to add new payments. If you need assisstance during this time please contact us.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
No. You will not have to download a new app on your phone. You will use the username and password established on the new online banking system in the mobile app.
Will I be able to reset my own password on the new system?
Yes. There will be a "Forgot Password?" link available on the new system. If you successfully validate some of your information a temporary password will be emailed to you.
