Vice President - Agricultural Lending

Seeking a seasoned lender working with primarily agricultural and some commercial loans. The position will develop, maintain, and monitor the Bank's ag loan portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral, in addition to loan origination and closing. Qualifications include a four year college degree in a related field plus five to ten years agricultural and commercial loan experience. Familiarity with farm guaranteed loan programs and WebEquity would be a benefit.

Part Time Teller

Seeking a part time teller for our Spirit Lake branch. This position will work with all areas of deposit processing and customer service. Accuracy, confidentiality, math, and computer skills are desired. Prior bank experience beneficial.
